SENIORS:

Our service starts with the RN assessment and includes a medication review, creating a care plan, accessing and coordinating supportive services and scheduling caregivers. Our caregivers assist with bathing and personal care, provide companionship, help with meal preparation and assist clients with all activities of daily living (ADL). We can also arrange for Physiotherapists and other professionals to provide assessment and treatment as required.

We work in cooperation with your client's doctor, their pharmacist and government agencies. Our staff has the knowledge, skill and commitment to provide the highest level of care. And of course we provide the expertise of a Registered Nurse to supervise all care.

Home healthcare senior services include:

• Assistance with meal preparation, shopping, bathing and dressing.
