OUR STAFF:

MDOC is a licensed home health agency. Therefore, all of our staff is our employees. This means that the family does not have to worry about Social Security or unemployment taxes, worker’s compensation or bonding expense.

Our certified aides, home health assistants and homemakers are fully screened and oriented and work under the supervision of our nursing staff. Many of our home care workers have been employed by MDOC for more than 5, 7 and 10 years.

In addition to the usual training, many of our home healthcare staff has received our specialized training. These additional intensive trainings help our home care staff better meet the most common needs of our clients.

These specialized trainings include:

• Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Diabetes care and monitoring
• Cardiovascular diseases
• End of life care
• Working with couples
• Cardiopulmonary diseases
• Coping with cultural diversity of care giver and care recipients

Our Availability:

• Live in, Live- out, sleep-over
